BOARDing

3 day stall cleaning (owner's choice.) On your cleaning days, you are responsible for turnout or bringing in alternative exercise. 

Up to 1 scoop grain 2x daily for average adult horse on average exercise. 2 flakes hay 2x daily. Hay in fields in winter. 

• Use of front paddock, weather permitting
• Individual turnout 1/2 hour periods, owner must be present
• Use of facility, indoor and outdoor arenas, trails
• Use of a closet for feed and supplies (must have metal can for grain)

Up to 1 hour emergency care until you arrive. Anything over 30 minutes will be an additional charge. 

• Not to be shared with other horses unless permission granted from owner
• All horses are fed at the same time
• Hay $80 horses, $40 ponies, $20 minis per month if using our hay

• Optional fan in summer months. (must supply your fan) $15.00 per month electric fee. All fans must be approved by the stable. You must supply a timer for the fan or it will be turned off at PM feeding. 
• Heated water bucket, you must supply. No charge. Mandatory where electric is available. 
• Deposit of $200 is required before stall is available. If there are no damages to property, the deposit will be refunded after stall has been vacated and inspected. 

• Hold horse for vet, to be paid in advance of appointment: $10
• Hold horse for farrier, to be paid in advance of Farrier arriving: $10 (please leave check for farrier prior to their arrival)
• Topical medication: $5/day
• Bandages (supplies provided by horse owner): $10/day for 2 legs
• Special feed: based on fair market value
• Additional bedding: $5 per wheel barrow
• Clipping: $50-75
• Body Clip: $125-200
• Turn out: $15
• Short-term turn out: $10
• Round pen: $5
• Pick stall: $5
• Clean/bed: $10
• Untack and put away: $20
• 10 minute free lunge: $5
• 10 minute exercise: $5
• 20 minute conditioning: $15
• Blanket on/off: $10
• Boots for lunge/round pen: 410
• Bathe: $20
• Groom $10
• Hay Stall: $50/mo if you supply your own hay, stall will be assigned by Little Britain Stables.

Surcharges may be added when necessary increases occur.
