Welcome to Little Britain Stables in Burlington, KY. 

About Us

Little Britain Stables was originally located in Florence, Kentucky and moved to our 90 acre property in Burlington in 1979. The name "Little Britain" is derived from our owner's last name, England. We're located down the road from England Idlewild Park, which also bears the family name. We invite you to learn more about our Stables and stop out for a visit. 

Services

Lessons

We offer riding lessons for children and adults. We focus on safety, proper horsemanship and building a solid foundation. Beginners are welcome! We are the only stables in this region to have Equine Simulators, which are great for practice riding, conditioning and rehabilitation.


Boarding

For boarding with care, knowledge and experience, contact us. In addition, boarders have access to our indoor and outdoor arenas and 90 acres of riding trails.

Camps

2025 Summer Horse Camps run from June 2 - July 30. We have 5-day and 3-day options. Register today!

Parties

Give your child a horse-themed birthday party they won't forget! Packages include pony rides.

April 26 Open House

 Take a tour, meet the horses, meet the instructors, and learn about our programs. It's a great way to become familiar with the stables and ask questions. Stop by between 10am-2pm, no RSVP required.
